Terms of use
These terms govern your use of fortivium.ky. They do not govern any engagement between you and Fortivium, which is always agreed separately and in writing.
Acceptance
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them at any time; the current version is always the one published here, with the date at the top.
The site is informational
fortivium.ky describes who we are and the kinds of work we take on. It is not an offer of services, it does not create a client relationship, and nothing on it is professional, legal, regulatory, or technical advice for your situation. If you have an issue to discuss, write to us and we will tell you whether we can help.
Engagement terms are separate
Any actual engagement is governed by a separately signed agreement, typically a non-disclosure agreement followed by an engagement letter and statement of work. Those documents set the scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and governing law. If they conflict with anything on this page, the signed engagement controls.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, code, the Fortivium name and mark, and the selection and arrangement of its content, belongs to Fortivium or its licensors. You may view it, link to it, and print individual pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use, including copying, redistribution, scraping, or training a machine learning model on the content, requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to probe, scan, or test its security without our prior written authorisation.
- Interfere with its operation, including by introducing malware or sending disruptive automated traffic.
- Scrape or mass-download content by automated means.
- Misrepresent yourself or your relationship with Fortivium.

Links to other sites
The site may link to material hosted elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by Cayman Islands law, Fortivium will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our handling of personal information is set out in the Privacy notice. By using the site, you also acknowledge that notice.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands and fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
